For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. Jesus Christ
Hey there! This is David Valderrama. The Lord called me to carry a cross September 10, 2007. If you would like to know more about God please click here to view a chapter of a book I wrote titled, "God's Revelation to Man." To view photos and testimonies of journey's look on the right side of this page. Links to each journey will be under the word "Journey's." I have carried the cross 915 miles over the past year and plan on continuing until the Lord takes away my breath. God is raising up a brave generation of warriors. A generation that is not willing that any should perish. A generation that is not controlled by their appearance but by acceptance. They are the people of affliction and their affliction is love in its highest, purest, and strongest form. These warriors carry the torch of many saints in their hearts that have spilled their blood for the One they love, who is most worthy to receive the reward of His suffering! Song of Solomon 8:6 states, “Love is stronger than death.” How strong is the love you have for Christ and the one's He loves? The crucified life goes much deeper than the skin, but through the flesh as well. The nails were not pulled from Jesus’ hands and feet until He died. The frustration, depression, boredom, and failure to live holy in the Christian life, is the result from futile living. When we come to Christ, we enlist into His army, and if we're not fighting for the same things that He's fighting for we will run through endless cycles of victory and defeat, humility and pride, up and down. King David prayed, "Create in me a steadfast spirit." Consequently this can only be created when we die to self. Just like a seed that is planted in the ground then dies. Only then can we end all the defeat, frustration, boredom and depression in Christian living.

Please pray for this boy. He was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. He is five years old. Pray psalm 118:17 that He will live and not die; and declare what the LORD has done. And Matthew 8:17 that the Lord will take every trace of cancer out of His body!
