The Message of Creation
If you were asked why you are a Christian, why do you believe in God, Jesus, or the Bible, what would
your answer be? Why do you believe what you believe? What makes your beliefs credible? If you
don’t know then it’s likely you have simply taken on the traditions of your parents and the religion of
your culture.
“The LORD looks down from heaven upon the children of men to see if there is any who understand,
who seek God.” (Psalm 14:2) If a person doesn’t understand it is because they are not searching for
truth. You must keep searching until you find God, as it is written, “Seek and you will find, knock and
the door shall be opened.” (Matthew 7:7) Many believe God existed before all things while others
contrary to popular opinion suppose things always existed by themselves. People will admit there are
some things that had a beginning. Since this is true, then how did all things truly come into being? You
have to keep searching until you find God. Here’s a good question: This was before this, and that was
before that, but what existed before these? Nothing created, only the Creator.
Science teaches us that the patterns of snowflakes, tornadoes, and other natural occurrences are
random patterns. However computer programs, languages, and even our DNA is coded information.
Unlike random patterns, codes are designed.
The question has been asked: why would God choose one group of people, namely Israel, to reveal
Himself to if all have sinned? Scripture says, “[They] have cast their gods into the fire: for they were
not gods, but the work of men's hands, wood and stone.” (Isaiah 37:19) Because all but one group at
that time in history worshiped either themselves or graven images made by human hands. They named
the god with their own mouths and created the image of what their god would look like. They changed
the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man and birds and animals upon
the earth. (Romans 1:23) They were to their god what the True God is to us—Creator. Israel was
chosen because of Abraham, and Abraham was chosen perhaps because he was not falling down before
blocks of wood, gold or stones—to molded images— saying, “You are my god”. (Isaiah 44:17)
John 8:36 declared to the Jews: He whom the Son sets free is free indeed. They replied, “We are not
slaves.” I tell you the truth: many are enslaved to traditions, religions, and the philosophies of men.
People don’t do the things they do because they know the truth personally.
The truth (Reality) sets us free. We know of reality beyond what we can sense, because of the things
which we do sense. Our senses tell us of all things that we see, hear, feel, taste, and touch. Perhaps a
baby in the womb senses the faculties of its body but it does not use them all. All things the baby senses
teach him of a reality outside of the womb; or rather it teaches us. Likewise our senses, once we are
outside the womb of our mother, teach us of a reality outside the womb of this world.
We did not create ourselves, nor did those before us. Man was created by God.
Knowledge gained through our senses reveal to us knowledge of things beyond our senses. The seen
proves the existence and paradox of the unseen. Paradox means ‘something contrary to received
opinion, or seemingly absurd, yet true in fact; that which cannot be otherwise’.
Jesus said, “You shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:32) The word truth
literally means reality. All of humanity is searching for truth, they are searching for reality.
Paul had to lay the deepest foundation of the Gospel to explain his belief in Jesus Christ as the Son of
God. He was preaching to people who were not of the covenant. He preached through both the power
and the wisdom of God.
Paul told us, “For since the creation of the world God’s invisible attributes are clearly seen, being
understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that man is without
excuse.” (Romans 1:20) Under the authority of that scripture I am attempting to explain what I call the
‘message of creation’.
The Person Who has always existed, Who was before all things, with the power to create is God. We
know that there is a Person Who was before all things because everything made is preceded by its
maker. No matter what the creation is there is a creator for it, and every creation was in the mind of its
creator before it came into being. There is One Who is before all, the LORD, Whose very name means
the eternally, self existent One. Trying to figure out the origin of God is the same as imagining how to
create something out of nothing.
Seeing that He was before all things, God is independent and, therefore, perfect.
All other things are created being dependent upon the Creator therefore they are made perfect or
complete in Him.
All that the Perfect One would produce is perfection. A good tree doesn’t bear bad fruit, nor does
perfection produce imperfection.
Humanity in its present state is imperfect. However, man had to have been created perfectly in the
beginning though because he was created by the perfect One. Man lost his perfection. He had
separated himself from God Who made him perfect and complete. However, God, Who is perfect in
love, sought to reconcile man and restore to man his lost perfection. For it is impossible for imperfect
man to make himself perfect before a perfect God. (I am not saying that man couldn’t live righteously,
but that no ordinary man could undo what the first Adam had done) Because God is just, He wasn’t
going to punish the descendants of Adam for being incapable of restoring what Adam had lost. Nor
would He punish His own Son for what Adam forfeited. Every person is judged according to what he
has done, whether good or bad, therefore we must repent. An honest judge will not punish the
innocent for the crimes of the guilty. Adam and Eve sold themselves to sin and Satan. From
thereafter they and all who would descend from them would be captives of the prince of evil. Satan’s
plan was to turn the hearts of the children of men from their Creator, through lies and deceit saying,
“God let this happen to you, and if He truly cared for you He wouldn’t have allowed it; you might as
well give up on Him and serve me through sin and enjoy this life.” When Adam and Eve partook of the
forbidden tree they received knowledge of both good and evil. This left man with two choices.
Theologians teach in such a way as to deceive the entire world into believing that man could never be
righteous or even please God, which is nothing less than a bald—faced lie! Man couldn’t enter into
heaven where God’s glory dwells because he needed to be made a new creature through the redemptive
work of Jesus Christ, not because man was so depraved that he could do nothing good. If man could
never do anything good, if man was never able to please God, then there wouldn’t be any Old
Testament saints to write about in the book of Hebrews. Satan lied throughout the ages telling man that
God didn’t love him, so man kept making the same mistake as Adam and Eve, listening to that cunning
serpent, the devil, and through hearing him, they were more and more inclined toward evil. However
Jesus taught, “For God so loved the world…” which revelation if received by faith inclined the heart of
man more and more toward good.
The only way God could create a perfect man, is by recreating man of man’s own will in a new
creation through redemption. (This is what He wrought in Christ.) Because the only thing God could
not create in the first man was for him to love perfectly as God Himself. We know this by Adam and
Eve’s rejection of God’s command: the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat.
(Genesis 2:17) Love on our part could not exist if it was not optional. The tree of the knowledge of
good and evil provided two desires which continually press upon the will of man.
God could have made anything He wanted except for a person who loves Him and others.
This could only be realized through redemption, God demonstrating His perfect love to His creation,
restoring to man what he had lost because of his own crime against Deity. God became a man. He
took on flesh. He took our sin upon Himself. He loosed us from Satan’s power. It was Deity
suffering at the hands of Satan for lost humanity.
If somebody were to ask me, “If God is so holy, so perfect, all wise and all knowing, then why did He
create an imperfect man, who would make a wrong choice, bringing death to all humanity, causing
every person to run the risk of hell for eternity?” I would probably answer something like this: Love is
a complicated thing. For some it is too complex but for others it is not. God created man as perfectly
as He could have within the confines of love. God could not be that which He is not, nor could He do
that which He cannot; therefore the essence of God is law, being that God is love. So, it would be
against His nature to behave or act contrary to that nature. God, through being, effortlessly upholds the
entire universe. The eternal seams which hold all the worlds together would suddenly come undone if
He were to reverse Who He is. Therefore, it was expedient that He established freedom in the will of
man. This grand creation of His was placed in a garden with two trees. The trees represented two
choices and two realities. The wise choice would make man immortal; but to err would mean the
gravest mistake, resulting in mortality. Man erred. However, God knew the choice His creation would
make, so He prepared redemption for humanity long before man ever became a living soul. So, is there
injustice with God, who knew that man would fall, yet made him anyway? Certainly not! For He was
willing to suffer the loss of all those who would perish that He might have you.
I believe if man would have eaten from the tree of life he would have known God completely and been
able to continue intimate fellowship with Him eternally and, therefore, also would have become perfect
in love. The tree of life was, I believe, the knowledge of the Father and the Son (John 17:3), the
knowledge of redemption (God the Redeemer).
Man did not eat of this tree. He ate of “the tree of the knowledge of good and evil”. God, who is
perfect in truth, clearly told Adam if he ate of that tree he would surely die. As a result, that curse
came upon humanity and the land. The most horrible curse is not sickness or poverty— but sin,
because sin separates us from God.
If we who are partial, doing good and evil and we who are imperfect, judge and punish others for their
crimes; if we establish laws with consequence to create order in our world, how much more should it be
expected from God, Who alone is perfect, to have His kingdom established in righteousness?
If fallen mankind seeks to establish righteousness in its countries, states, tribes and lands how much
more right to do so from the Father of Life Who was before all?
If we execute judgment and condemn those who have committed crimes against humanity, how much
more shall we be judged for our crimes against deity?
If mankind is the dominate species on earth, how much more should we expect God to govern the
universe?
In any country, when a person knowingly or even unknowingly breaks a law, they are still guilty of
breaking the law and still must suffer the punishment for doing so. How much more should we be
expected to search out the laws of God and live by them?
The second law of thermodynamics is also known as ‘the law of increased entropy’. While the quantity
of energy remains the same according to the first law, energy is not reduced but is changed from one
form to another; however, the quality of energy deteriorates gradually as time goes by. As the quality
of energy decreases, unusable energy increases—this is ‘the law of increased entropy’. So, all the
energy is changing from bad to worse. If this goes on long enough life as we know it will not be
possible.
If there is no life in the substance of this universe then what is the purpose of all matter, all of creation
and all energy in the universe? There would be no purpose. Every object would be useless and dead
simply existing to occupy space. Life would be vain, empty, and meaningless if there were nothing
further to attain to. Why strive to live any longer? Why not end all the suffering in the world by
painless suicide? Because we all have a conscience, an inner witness that there is more to life than the
knowledge we gain through our natural senses; there is something more real than what we see, hear,
taste, smell, and touch.
If death is the end of our life and existence, then wouldn’t it be wise, as well as more preferable to jump
out of a plane with no parachute for a one last thrill before the end of our existence? Why continue to
have your being in a world which is a mixture of good and evil, happiness with grief, if the end of your
existence is when you physically die? Why not initiate the inevitable? If death comes to us all, and in
death there is no remembrance, feeling, thought, or life, and the end substance of who we truly are is
buried in the dirt, what is the purpose of life? Why grow old? Why work so hard to enjoy the fruits of
one’s labor when the purpose of these riches is to bring pleasure, comfort, and happiness? Why pay
for temporary relief or even cures from the disease of life-existing, if one can obtain such a quick end to
it all forever, an eternal cure through death? Why work so hard for any of these temporary things?
How futile pleasure, comfort, and seeking to ease the pains of hunger and thirst and disease are if it
could all be ended through death without consequence? This means that every murderer, suicide
bomber, and genocide regime would actually be patriots of mercy rather than people full of hatred
belonging to terrorist organizations. Wouldn’t it also be a grave injustice to fight against those ‘brave’
souls who blow themselves up because those they kill with them weren’t courageous enough to do it
themselves?
In light of all these thoughts, or what I’ve written here, the logic of atheism would climax at committing
suicide or the logical conclusion would be to commit suicide. If having breath in you, being conscious
and alive here on earth is a combination of pleasure and pain, wouldn’t it be more reasonable to take
away your life and eliminate your consciousness through suicide, relieving yourself of your pain or
desire for pleasure? For in the atheist’s view of death, there are no further needs. But because there is
more to life than what we can learn through our senses, we choose to live on.
Like the baby in its mother’s womb noticing its body parts, we, in the womb of this world see a display
of life, a myriad of discoveries and possibilities which man did not construct, which speak to us of a life
outside the boundaries of this known world.
Seeing that we all proceeded from God, because He is before all things we honor, fear, and seek Him.
“The LORD is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth.” (Psalm 145:18) He
looks down from heaven upon the children of men to see if there are any with understanding, who seek
God. (Psalm 14:2)
He reveals Himself to those searching for truth (Reality). The seen reality is merely a testimony to the
unseen reality, for ‘the things which are visible were made from things not visible.’ (Hebrews 11:3)
What is seen was preceded by that which is unseen.
On a spiritual level: Creation was preceded by God the Creator, peace is preceded by trust, and healing
preceded by Christ’s finished work on the cross. On the natural level: The computer was preceded by
its inventor, the house by its carpenter, and the car by its engineer.
We cannot fully comprehend God. However conversations with one another about Him are still
profitable. Here is somewhat of how a discussion went with a friend, concerning the Godhead and the
trinity. All we can do concerning this subject is speculate. Knowing or not understanding this will not
send us to hell. Following Jesus is the way to life eternal! A person asked me, “How do you know that
there weren’t multiple gods who all existed at the same time, who were before all things, independent of
one another?”
Then I replied with another question, “What if these multiple gods each wanted to do something
different?”
They, multiple gods each being infinite in power and creative ability, all sharing the same infinite space,
could not be contained in this single universe.
These eternal gods, being infinite in ability, would not be free to do what each wanted to do though the
universe itself has infinite space.
This would only work if they shared the same thoughts having the same will, if they were all in one
accord. Now, if they all were of one accord, then they are one God; all—supreme in power, equal in
preeminence, and infinite in wisdom.
For me, this is the best way to understand the Godhead Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. “Then God said,
“Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over all living
things… So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female
He created them.” (Genesis 1:26-27) Notice this scripture doesn’t say, “So the Gods said, Let Us
make man in Our image.” The ‘Us’ and ‘Our’ is one God. Steam, ice and water are all H2O gas,
solid, and liquid; these are all water.
The United States has one government but three branches which make up the one. We know that the
‘Our’ was referring to the Godhead and not angels or other celestial creatures because we were made in
the image of God, nothing less, nothing more. The word ‘God’ in this passage is a plural word, which
is peculiar because according to Deuteronomy 6:4, God is One. The word, name, or term ‘God’ comes
from the Hebrew word ‘Elohim’ over which has been much debate but it has something to do with
powers because it’s translated into judges (Exodus 21:6), gods (Jeremiah 35:15), and God (Genesis 1:1)
which may therefore be defined as “The Powers That Be”. To signify the Living God, the word
Elohim may be accompanied by another description such as Elyon or Shaddai.
Why does humanity strive to be perfect before their gods if there is no need to be perfect? A person
who attempts to enter into a music competition must have a good voice and talent to even qualify.
Most people are born with these gifts. Though others may work really hard at attaining them, rarely
will they ever qualify. A person attempting to enter into heaven, which is perfect, must be perfect
himself. If there are requirements to qualify us for things in this phase of life then how much more in
the next?
“We get thirsty because our bodies need water. We get hungry because there is a physical need for
food. We would never be thirsty or hungry for these things if they didn't exist. The fact that we do get
thirsty and hungry for them is a testimony that they do exist because hunger and thirst for something
does not exist unless that something is real. In the same way, the world is hungry and thirsty for God,
which is a testimony to His presence.” (Elizabeth Valderrama)
All things which have ever been created point to One who created them. Truly there had to be One
Who was before all things, Who always was, is, and will be—One Who is eternal. One who had no
beginning or ending, who Himself is the beginning and ending; Who had power to exist apart from
another creator for, if there were another creator, then who formed that one? The very word ‘LORD’
means ‘The Eternally Self-Existent One’.
A person may ask, "Where did this tree come from?"
You answer, "From a seed that went into the ground we're standing on."
Then they ask, "Where did the seed and ground come from?"
You say, "Well, the seed must have come from another tree of the same kind and the ground was
always here."
They respond, "And where did that tree come from?" Does the ground itself create seeds or trees?"
You reply, "Someone took a seed and planted it into the ground."
But who was the first person to plant the seed in the ground? Who created the seed and the ground or
the material used to create it with? Who formed the elements used to make the necessary ingredients
for creating the seed and ground?
The only way a person could create something from nothing is if he himself came from nothing. Only
the One who came from nothing would have the ability to create this way. This ‘person’ is God. This
is why Genesis 1:1 tells us that God created the heavens and the earth and all that is in them.
Our minds, as intelligent as they are in comparison to other species here on earth, cannot possibly drink
in all of the truth which surrounds us. However, truth takes everything that is so enormous and reduces
it to something very simple. The truth is this: All of creation testifies of a Creator. Just as a computer
is a testimony to the inventor, a robot to the engineer, a house to its builder, so there is One Who
invented, engineered and built all we see, are and don't see.
If we do not question what we see with our eyes, if it is real or not, then why do some question
whether or not God is real?
Man can create everything he makes except for what he uses to make it with. In the beginning, God
could have created anything He wanted except for a person who loves Him. But now His age-old plan
has become reality through the new creation in Jesus Christ! Just as a baby has natural affection
towards its mother, so does the new creation love its Creator.
Which is greater, you or a caterpillar? Can the caterpillar understand God’s love and wonders? To
some degree we are able, but for what purpose? Caterpillars have no theory of mind—are not able to
grasp what another creature knows or thinks. As I was carrying the cross one summer on highway 12
in Minnesota, I noticed several caterpillars attempting to cross the sun-scorched road. I felt compassion
for them, so I picked them up in my hand and set them upon some cool green grass. But did the
caterpillars know my name? Could they learn it or would they even care to? Did they even realize
what was happening, that I reached down to save them from destruction?
As we look down upon the creepy crawlers of the earth, they carry on with their busy lives completely
unaware of our presence for the most part, much like humanity towards God.
The most educated people on earth, with all their knowledge probably know only about four percent of
all known things. How then is it that there are some today adamantly saying, there is no God, when,
they know so very little? The Bible calls them fools. (Psalm 14:1)
Everything we know of must have come from something or someone who came from nothing or no
one, who always was, is, and will be—One Who is eternal.
Light is greater than darkness in that when light is turned on it expels the darkness therefore God is
light. Light is also good and if God is light then God is good.
Fruit rot increases in cucumbers when stored in darkness rather than light. Sin is darkness. Sin is what
caused us to begin physically decaying. Just as there is nothing material about darkness which increases
fruit rot in cucumbers, so there was also nothing material about sin which began the atrophy of every
human body except for Christ’s, from the time of Adam till now. However, they are both true.
God is whole and not at all partial. He is complete. God is light, and there is no darkness in Him at all.
We, as humans, are not whole. We are partial. We do good and evil. This is a direct result of
rejecting the knowledge of God. It was through this rejection of God that sin became natural. For why
would one restrain himself without a fear of being recompensed for his deeds? Thus, evil is the
absence of God.
If what is imperfect punishes that which is imperfect, then this judgment speaks to us of One Who is
perfect. For there is a law working in the imperfect which is absent from the perfect, the law of sin and
death. However, the One who is perfect has no sin, and if no sin, then He is the only Life and One to
free us from our sins, imperfections, and death; Who is also able to make us perfect, like Himself,
which is absolutely necessary. For Light expels darkness, and, if we are partial, then just as darkness is
eradicated from the presence of light, so is evil by the presence of the Holy One.
If we who are partial, having done both good and evil, are judges over men, appointed to condemn
those who have transgressed a law, then we ourselves are a testimony that one day all men will be
judged for their deeds, not by any who are partial, but by the One Who is whole—God alone.
We sin when we trespass God's law. Seeing we are partial, doing good and evil, that makes us
trespassers. Anyone who is caught trespassing on someone else's property is then arrested, thrown into
jail, and awaiting judgment. You must be granted access to enter that property. In the same way, we
cannot enter into God's kingdom without first having been given access.
Since the original trespass against God was committed by man in the flesh, there needed to be a
trespass offering, not provided by man, but for man provided by God. For it was through man that sin
entered the world, thus man is insufficient of himself to provide a perfect reparation for his trespass.
“Mankind could repent and obtain forgiveness of sins but could not be cleansed from them, which
would be absolutely necessary for Heaven.”
Nevertheless, the offering would have to be a man, because it was through man that sin entered the
world. But it would have to be a perfect Man. Verily, it would have to be God in the flesh to deliver
man back to Himself.
Many people say, "If God is so righteous and loving then why doesn't He do something about all of the
evil in the world?" When I was about three years old someone tried drowning me under the bath
water. This same person, when I was about four years old, punched me in my face. These were a
couple of evil things that happened to me. You see, darkness is the absence of light; coldness is the
absence of heat; and evil is the absence of God. This person was not under the influence of God but
the substance of something else.
But, oh, beloved one, God did do something to change the evil in the hearts of men. He sent His Son,
Who came from Heaven to deliver us from Satan’s power and we nailed Him to a wooden cross and
crucified Him. Even though we rejected Him, it was God's plan to make Him the propitiation for our
sin.
Bad things happen because we live with fallen humanity in an evil world of people, who lie under the
sway of the wicked one, and who don’t live with a consciousness of God.
For me it is very clear that God is interested in human beings. We are the most intelligent creatures on
earth. Not only do we have the intelligence to create material things, but the faculties to execute them
with. We have dominion over all other life on this planet. However, our Creator made us with
intelligence so we would use it to fellowship with Him.
If I were an eternal God who always existed and always will, I would create someone in my own image,
after my likeness with whom I could have fellowship—I would create a family.
Human beings are the most intelligent creatures on earth, so how can we worship something less
intelligent? We are born into this world and then we die, how foolish to worship one of us. Our
worship must go to the One Who was before all things, Who has no beginning or ending, Who is and
always will be—the Creator Who is blessed forever, Amen.
The verity of eternal things is revealed in the universe. The height, depth, width and length of space is
a testimony of eternity and to things eternal. For the heavens keep going and going and going without
boundaries in every direction. There is no definite or exact way to measure space. Scientists tell us
that light travels at 186,282.397 miles per second; not per hour, not per minute, but per second! The
earth is 93,000,000 miles away from the sun. That’s actually close when compared to other galaxies
light years away.
Our solar system is in a galaxy called the Milky Way. This is just one of millions according to the
astronomers. The Andromeda galaxy is 2.5 million light-years away. This means if you were traveling
at the speed of light-186,282 miles per second-you would need to multiply the speed of light times 60
seconds, then that sum times 60 minutes, then that total times 24 hours, then that sum times 365 days
and that would be the total distance for one light-year. If you traveled at the speed of light for one year,
that would put you at approximately 5,874,589,152,000 miles away from Earth. Seeing then that the
Andromeda Galaxy is 2.5 million light-years away, you would take 2.5 million and multiply it times the
distance light travels in one year. I did some rounding off but the Andromeda Galaxy is about
14,685,000,000,000,000,000 miles away from earth. That may seem far away but, in reality, it’s
actually very close. We think, “Wow! That’s millions of trillions of miles from here. Where does
space end?” It doesn’t end. The heavens do not end just as eternity is forever. Eternity is a measure
of time. Infinity is a measure of numbers. Both cannot be calculated. One could travel through space
for an eternity going in the same direction and probably never reach the end.
There are people in the world who don't believe in life after death and a baby, while in its mothers’
uterus doesn’t believe in life outside the womb. But what if it begins to question, “What are my arms
for? For what are these legs? And my mouth, nose, and eyes? Perhaps they are for my life on the
outside of this place where I will reach out with arms of love and walk from place to place talking,
smelling, and seeing with my eyes a world full of color and life—a life I can't even fully imagine.”
In the same way we-seeing all of the animals, trees, and mountains, all the seas, forests, and star- are
like that baby in the womb. Their very existence cries out that there must be another life, a life
hereafter, and particularly with the One Who gave life to all things.
The first law of thermodynamics teaches us that matter cannot be destroyed but only changed from one
form to another. Like a gasoline soaked pile of logs lit with a match. As the smoke ascends from the
earth and the logs turn to ashes, so do our spirits leave our bodies decaying in the ground.
If you have ever looked upon a dead body lying in a casket, then you know how vain and futile life on
earth is without a hereafter. To not believe there is life after death is to believe that the Creator is vain
and futile Himself.
Our eyes are corporeal which allow us to see material things; however our minds are not physical, they
allow us to see immaterial, "spiritual" things.
Anger and joy, anxiety and peace are immaterial—they’re not made up of matter, though they are
expressed through what is material—through what is matter. In the same way, the real “you” is a
spiritual, "immaterial" being; you just express your life through the physical realm of your body.
If someone threw a rock and hit your arm, you would feel pain in your arm. But what part of you
hurts when you are betrayed, forsaken, or ignored? It’s the part of you which is not physical or
material, and, if this part of you can feel then this speaks of life apart from the physical realm. Our
bodies are decaying, or dying, because they are composed of matter; however, our “immaterial”,
“spiritual” components, our feelings, thoughts and desires are not made up of matter, nor will their
existence be extinguished.
If someone were to shout the word “Hurt!” at your arm, your arm would not hurt because words are
immaterial. But, if a person you dearly loved even whispered the phrase “I hate you”, what part of you
would hurt? Your emotions or “heart” would suffer anguish.
If life consisted only of being born into this world, eating, sleeping, working, having fun, dying-and
nothing more-then life would be vain, empty, and meaningless. If such were true about life, then it
would also be true about the One who created life. However, all of creation testifies of God’s glory, of
His knowledge and wisdom; and if His knowledge and wisdom, then of His purpose as well. For no
one creates something they love, or even that they're interested in, with the purpose of destroying it;
rather, they seek to save and to treasure it.
God's purpose was always family, but there are children who choose to have nothing to do with their
parents. They forsake and ignore them even until the day they die. Though the parents grieve, there is
nothing they can do, if the death of their familial ties was not caused by any action or word on their
part. Even though the parents earnestly desire for their children to be with them, the children must
likewise choose to be with their parents.
God’s mission was humanity. Man was the reason for creation. The purpose of man is to love, glorify,
and worship God. God’s dream was for man. Man forfeited the dream God had for him but God,
Who is rich in mercy, recovered that dream for us by sending His Son for our ransom. We were
designed to live forever and God wants us to be where He is.
There are some people who don't believe Jesus ever existed, but B.C. stands for Before Christ and
A.D. means in the year of our Lord. Just as the moon revolves around the earth, and the earth revolves
around the sun, so the world’s measurement of time revolves around Jesus!
